I am back

I’ve been spending the last day or two getting my various sites back up and running. Although I use wordpress for my sites, and Wordpress is really easy to install and use, it is still time consuming to get everything up and running again. However I am enjoying it, I don’t feel that Random sense of vague frustration that has been cropping up in to my life. I am not getting paid for doing all this, but it is helping me focus on both writing and life. Which is good.
My new theme is a very sparse theme; not sure if I’ll keep it but I do like it. Simple and elegant I think. I am also familiarizing myself with the new wordpress features…Like a way to look up themes inside the wordpress back end. Very cool! You don’t have to FTP your new themes in to the site now, which I like. I am sure it doesn’t have *every* theme out there, but I have fun just looking through them. I found this current theme that way, so I am happy.
Writing feels good. I cannot express how great it feels to just punch through my malaise (AH ha! That is the word I was looking for in the first paragraph) and just…start. Getting these sites set up has helped. Now I just need to get a laptop or netbook so I can Work from work…
I’ll still be working on this site and others throughout the weekend, but I hope to be back in full swing by Monday. Wish me luck and pray for me
Thanks
yeah this is my writing site (Random Thoughts.) I would like to start a podcast with it, we’ll see. (The idea behind “Randompodcast.net” is to have a series of sites attached to it that all have a podcast related to them…)
My comic site is Random Enocunters, plus I have a couple of sites I help out with (Destiny Alliance and My Dead Heroes) that a close friend of mine runs.
….It is all starting to come back together again…
Sweet! Glad to see you back up and running. I know that frustration/thrill of starting over all too well. I’m looking forward to seeing some more of your comics. Also totally understand the sentimentality behind writing. I probably have neglected myself far too long, and can’t even begin to express to you how much I enjoy having that little circle of friends that understand the power of the pen in the same manner as I. Best wishes and God’s blessing on the next endeavors!
